The person who says bad is totally ignorant of the benefits of SEO and Scope of SEO in near future and the person who say good is somewhat satisfied with it but still not totaly aware of the benefits of SEO
Finally the peson who says Excellent is entirely aware of the benefits, scope, and usefulness of SEO.
